Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Le Menu customer account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
The fastest way is from inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm and may add an optional note. Your request is sent to our team for processing.
If you can no longer sign in, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Le Menu account".
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, login identifier).
- Your saved delivery addresses.
- Your saved favorites and browsing preferences.
- Your reviews and ratings (or anonymized).
- Push notification tokens.
What may be retained
Some information may be kept for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or operational reasons, including:
- Order records (anonymized or under a generated identifier).
- Aggregated/anonymized analytics.
- Records required by law or to resolve disputes.
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, and we do not process Apple in-app purchases or Google Play billing in the consumer app — there is no payment data to delete.
Processing time
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify the request before completing it.
